  • When can I move in?

    Come in and rent your space at our office during normal office hours (Mon-Sat: 9am to 6pm) and then move in anytime during our gate access hours (6am to 9pm daily).

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    All contracts are month-to-month. A 10-day written notice prior to your next due date before you move out is required.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    Not at all, all our rentals are month-to-month, so you can stay just as long as you need to.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can pay online, in person, or mail a check or money order, or set up monthly auto payment for your convenience.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Major credit cards, cash, checks, and money orders.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    Not at all. At the time of signing you will be given your own Gate Access code that will allow you access to your unit during normal gate access hours.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
